Who doesn't love warm brie? Entertaining just got easier with Brie Bakers from Jive Pottery which come in 7 colors from which to pick, plus the occasional specialty color (call or email to ask what we have at the moment).
Trim the top off a small Brie wheel and score a grid across the top. Spread a generous amount of your choice of jam or honey, sprinkle with herbs. Place in baker, cover with foil, and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350° or until gently softened and warmed throughout. (Our Brie Baker works best when allowed to heat along with your oven.) Serve with your favorite crostini, fruit, or crackers. Microwave, oven & dishwasher safe.
